After New York, Scott fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening and operating his own restaurant in the Philadelphia area, where he built a reputation for creating memorable dining experiences centered around great food, genuine hospitality, and a sense of family.

A Certified Sommelier, Scott believes that a great meal is about more than what’s on the plate. His private dining experiences feature thoughtfully curated beverage pairings, from world-class wines to sophisticated zero-proof options, ensuring every guest enjoys a complete and personalized culinary experience.
